β€” Governance

Scientific Advisory Council in formation.

A planned independent body of senior scientists and engineers. Seats remain open until signed appointments, conflict disclosures, and permission for public identification are complete.

Charter

Designed to be independent, adversarial, and public.

The proposed Council will challenge management's technical claims before they reach the public, the press, or investor materials. Planned members will serve two-year renewable terms after signed appointment and conflict-of-interest documentation.

Once constituted, the Council is intended to publish review summaries, record material dissent, and refresh conflicts of interest on a defined schedule. No current council activity or report is implied.

To apply or nominate, email research@planckchron.com with a brief statement of expertise, disclosure of affiliations, and one-paragraph view on Planckchron's most contestable public claim.

Important disclosures

No advisor or council appointments are currently represented by this page. A person may be named only after signed appointment, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and permission for public identification. Future council members will not be employees and will not bind Planckchron.
