The broader product portfolio remains intact, but HERA receives near-term design-partner concentration because software-led external validation can reduce technical and commercial uncertainty with less capital than long-horizon hardware, biotechnology, or aerospace programs.

Qualification criteria

A partnership needs more than interest.

These criteria protect both parties from open-ended discovery, uncontrolled data access, unverifiable claims, and pilots that cannot produce a decision.
