Technical evidence review and approval
HERA Nexus
Version Development
Reviewed 2026-07-15
The approval record for engineering decisions made with AI: recommendations stay attached to their sources and route to the person who holds the decision right.
Intended use
- Assembling decision packets for engineering changes, material substitutions and non-conformance dispositions
- Routing AI-assisted recommendations to named human approvers with escalation and override paths
- Producing an approval record a change board, reviewer or auditor can follow
Out of scope
- Making or executing consequential decisions without a named human approver
- Replacing certification, airworthiness or regulatory sign-off
- Claims of validated accuracy, time savings or customer outcomes
Training data
HERA Nexus does not train a proprietary model. It orchestrates third-party language models over evidence supplied by the deploying organization; no customer data is used for training.
Evaluation
Evidence traceability on consequential outputs
Target: 100% in the prototype; external evaluation pending
Approval and override path coverage
Target: 100% of consequential actions; external evaluation pending
Design-partner workflow outcome
Not independently validated
Security attestation
Not obtained or claimed
Known limitations
- Recommendation quality depends on the underlying model and the evidence supplied; HERA Nexus records uncertainty but does not remove it.
- Validated with one design-partner workflow only; no paid pilot or production deployment is claimed.
Safety and responsible use
- Every consequential output requires an accountable human owner before action.
- Decision packets record sources, assumptions, alternatives, unresolved questions and final disposition.
